As we continue to expand our footprint globally, we are looking for a talented and passionate “Translation and Localization Intern” to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is crucial in enhancing our communication strategies across German-speaking markets and ensuring our messaging resonates with the local audience.
Job Description:
We are seeking a native German-speaking intern with fluency in English or French to assist our Marketing team in localizing and translating content for the German market. The intern will work closely with our content creators and marketing specialists to adapt and proofread various types of content, ensuring cultural relevance and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage MyChatGPT settings for industrialized translation processes based on content type.
- Translate and localize website content, marketing materials, email nurturing campaigns, and other promotional content from English or French to German.
- Proofread translated texts for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors, ensuring consistency and quality across all materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand and align translations with overall marketing strategies and brand voice.
- Assist in developing clear, persuasive, and culturally relevant communications for the German-speaking audience.
Profil recherché
Skills and Qualifications:
- Native fluency in German with excellent command of English or French.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Translation, Linguistics, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of cultural nuances in translation and localization.
- Keen attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy in written communication.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with translation software tools and IAGen
