We are currently seeking a German native Pre-Sales Engineer for the DACH Region. Are you ready for the challenge?
This is a permanent position based in our subsidiary WALLIX GmbH in Munich.
As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will play a vital role in supporting WALLIX’s partner channel development efforts, as well as contributing to sales and marketing activities within the DACH Region. Your responsibilities include strengthening relationships with both existing and new partners, participating in business and solution development, and representing the company and its solutions at various IT security events.
You will report to the Director of Sales Engineering.
Gear up for your new adventure, here are your tasks:
- Collaborate with the sales team to define the business strategy and expand market reach.
- Work closely with the Pre-Sales Europe Ops team to optimize pre-sales processes and practices.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of solutions to our sales channel, including Elite & Premier partners, IT Distributors, and OEMs.
- Lead Proof of Concept activities for customers' RFI/RFPs.
- Contribute to solution development from a technical perspective.
- Stay up to date on WALLIX's product portfolio, competitive landscape, and the latest cybersecurity trends.
- Represent WALLIX at industry events, trade shows, and webinars to showcase WALLIX’s security solutions.
- Regularly report progress to your manager.
Profil recherché
- Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written).
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Cybersecurity, IA, and TCP/IP networking, Unix-Linux systems, and application-level protocols.
- Blend technical expertise with a strong business acumen.
- Excel in a team-oriented environment.
Bonus Skills:
- Knowledge of Operational Technology
- Knowledge of Privileged Access Management
- Hold a degree in information Technology or Networks.
