The Partner Sales Representative (PSR) at WALLIX develops relationships with new potential customers and maintains effective relationships with existing partners and clients across Germany.

 

Your Responsibilities

Within the Global Mid-Market Team, your main responsibilities will include:

Managing the existing customer portfolio

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with end users and partners (VAD & VAR) to achieve sales targets.
  • Build trusted relationships with partners and customers to develop sales strategies within the Mid-Market segment.
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas.
  • Provide quick and effective responses to customers and partners.
  • Plan and conduct remote product demonstrations and webinars.

Promote the company’s products and services to customers and partners to generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline for the Mid-Market sales team

Qualifying inbound requests from lead generation activities (VAD, VAR, internal marketing, telemarketing partners, webinars, events, website, etc.)

  • Conduct in-depth research on potential customers.
  • Generate new leads through LinkedIn, email, and other prospecting tools.
  • Follow up with partners and prospects via email, chat, phone, and videoconference.
  • Use tools such as HubSpot, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, and Copilot to collaborate with partners and prospects and track progress.

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and prospect information in Salesforce.
  • Track and report lead progression and pipeline development to the sales team and management.

Profil recherché

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/sales (or similar qualification). Above all, you are passionate about business development and customer relationships.
  • Strong commercial mindset combined with solid organizational skills.
  • Initial sales experience (ideally B2B) with proven ability to qualify and convert leads.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong listening ability, and adaptability.
  • Comfortable with phone-based customer interactions (call center, inside sales environment, etc.) and CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus).
  • Results-driven and motivated by challenges.

  • Fluent German (mandatory)
  • Fluent English (mandatory)

  • Hybrid work model: 2 days remote per week
